Recreo Boat Pattern(PPER) |
The Pper enables you for the recreational vessel government up to 24 meters in length. |

With the pper you can navigate at a maximum distance of 60 miles from the coast. With the PPper you can navigate at a maximum distance of 150 miles from the coast proving a 2 -year shipment period. |
The Pper title enables to work as an instructor of Navigation and Safety Practices of PNB and Per.
